The Business Model Fig. 4 below shows the business model of "The Ranch". "The Ranch" is a group of researchers, inventors, innovators, engineers, machinists and technicians assembled together to form The PROGRESSIVE TECHNOLOGY CENTER.

The deliverable of the project teams of The PROGRESSIVE TECH CENTER shall be intellectual property. This includes electrical/electronic schematics, plans, mechanical drawings, computer hardware, computer software, technical documentation and specifications, flow diagrams, and machined parts and prototypes.
The funding for the project teams of The PROGRESSIVE TECH CENTER shall be used to purchase tools, test equipment, computers, office equipment and supplies, materials and material storage, electronic parts and components, land or property, housing, and salaries.
The contributions, banking, accounting and legal team of The PROGRESSIVE TECH CENTER shall be involved in licensing agreements and revenue stream management between the LLC and public business entities. Licensing agreements such as a license to manufacture shall be negotiated and a revenue stream determined.
The contributions, banking, accounting and legal team of The PROGRESSIVE TECH CENTER shall be involved in all funding activities provided for and intellectual property management created by the project teams.
The Personnel at "The Ranch"
The type of project team personnel we are looking for to fund at The Ranch are those that think outside the box. Those that aren't constrained by or conformed to the mainstream paradigm. These are the ones that can and will change the world.
